Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Short break rate = first night deposit, non refundable, transferable for 3 months.
Flexible rate = first night deposit, refundable if cancelled up to 11am day prior to arrival. However the rate is an additional £5 per night.
You are strongly recommended to take out adequate holiday insurance.

Hotel rates are per room per night inclusive of VAT and include either breakfast or dinner and breakfast. Advance booking, especially in the summer months is advised.

Late check out can be arranged (subject to availability) for a £10 donation to our chosen charity, the Cromer Lifeboats (RNLI).
