Eating well is an important part of any hotel experience, whether for a holiday or a one-off function.
As a guideline we have set out three typical sample menus - À La Carte Menu, a Conference Menu and a Wedding Function Menu.
The important word here is 'typical'. We are flexible in this matter and menus can vary depending upon seasonal availability and Chef's choice of what looks good. We favour fresh produce, locally sourced, wherever possible.
We also cater for vegetarians and anyone with special dietary needs, although advance notification is appreciated.
For weddings and other functions we offer a wide selection of menus and tariffs, or a menu can be put together especially for you.
