These days, couples arranging their wedding day usually discover it necessary to book the Reception before they book the Church or Register Office. Planning a wedding can become a major exercise in more ways than one. At the Virginia Court we can help in more ways than one.
- We can cater for parties of up to 80 people for a sit-down meal or 100 for a buffet.
- You can choose from a wide variety of menus at different tariffs for both types of meal.
- Formal or informal Layout? The choice is yours. We hare happy to accommodate your wishes.
- An evening event? Many couples today like the format that provides a traditional sit-down wedding breakfast for relatives and close friends, combined with an evening event to which more friends are invited. Again, the choice is entirely yours.
- We are happy to set aside a Changing Room for the use of the Bride.
- For those not travelling on honeymoon the same day. We offer a discounted rate on our honeymoon suite
Additional Facilities
- A dance floor is one of the room's features
- You can arrange for your own favourite DJ to play for your event
- We can put you in touch with a Toastmaster or even a speechwriter, if help is needed in these areas
- Anything else - just ask. We will be delighted to help if we possibly can
Your Wedding Day is one of the most important days of your life. Planning it is not something you do every week. We, on the other hand, are used to planning such major events. Our experience is at your disposal.

Birthday Parties (including the special ones and even those tricky to organise surprise parties) - Anniversaries - Retirements - Club or Association Dinners. You name it, we can handle it.
